According to RawStory.com: The Insurance Company involved has changed it's underwriting policy :) YEAH! to all those of you who took notice of this and contacted the company!

The Denver Post is reporting a story about an infant who is being denied insurance coverage due to being too big. He's a normal, healthy baby who is breastfed exclusively. It's horrendous that an insurance company is punishing him for being normal! Our current growth charts are NOT based on exclusively breastfed babies and therefore should not be applied as a health scale to these infants.

Thankfully, I now have a great doc who didn't immediately want to rip out my uterus and tell me I really didn't need it anymore. She spent almost 45 mins. explaining possible treatment options for relief from the pain and excessive bleeding. Sadly, the bottom line is there is no cure...
